Political way to solve Darfur problem

There are two main rebel movements in Darfur. They are the Sudan liberation Movement and the Justice and Equality Movement. And why they happened. Because African there, they don’t have equal rights, they are lack of the protection of government. So, the best way to solve the problem is a dialogue based on the equal paricipation in all levels of government, a commitment to the principle of decentralisation and a federal government based on diffusion of authority between the centre and the regions, distributon of wealth between the centre and regions to achieve balanced and sustained developement. Establishing ownership of land in Darfur based on rights of the various tribes, while at the same time taking into consideration the common good in the area.

What’s more, troops in Darfur-AU or UN-must include in their  mandate and duties the protection of the civilian population and cooperation with the International Criminal Court. Destroyed villages must be rebuilt and safe return of the original inhabitants must be made possible.
