Good luck

I find myself under great pressure for a period of time…

I try to find some good ways to cope with stress.

First, I should learn to abandon a lot of useless things, such as complaint, anger and idea of retaliate. I should learn to content with what I have already had—love, friendship and good life. Second, do some regular exercise for they will help relieve my stress. Third, learn to relax. Walk out of the circle of bad emotion.
