What does the Secret Agent tell us?
I have finished the book: The Secret Agent. In the book,we found that the relationship between a husband and a wife is more unimportant than between a sister and a brother. At the same time, I think it gives us a plateform for us to think about the charactoristic for the persons. Mr Verloc was so lazy that he acted as a spy for a embassy. In the end, he lost all within his life. But I can’t understand Why his wife wanted to escape, only for her killing her husband?
