On Summer Jobs

And so, today I signed a contract for a summer camp.
I will have two groups of 7-9 year olds and one group
of 10-12 year olds. What bugs me most is that these
are mainly boys and there will be 30 of them in
each group. But considering the fact that each
lesson is 60min long, I think I will survive. I have armed
myself with a CD with songs and loads of printed material
for thematic lessons (animals, fruit, numbers, etc). Also,
the company will buy stuff for making posters, so I guess
that’s what I-I mean, they- will be doing most of the time, LOL.
Another good news is that another company that I rejected
the offer from called me today. I will do a placement for them
this Wednesday and then will see if I take them. Some old students
are still holding on, some new are making calls, so June is more
or less settled, as is part of July. What bothers me most is money for
rent, that is fixed for every month, my pension installments and
my holiday money which I’m trying to save for August.

Next, I am so tired and bored out of my mind that I have no words
to explain. I am very happy that I am what I am but I do need
a long break for recharging my batteries. But it’s good to know that
I have a profession that will feed me.
