Light whether natural or artificial brings life to our minds and feelings. The colours of the spectrum underscore the beauty it gives.  Our life will keep on running because of the knowledge light brings.

I love reading… but I can’t tell exactly what type of books fascinates me most — I’m really sad  because,  I can’t answer that… sometimes, nothing seems to be appealing at all . For now,  all what I can say is,  I always find something beautiful in whatever I read… fiction or non-fiction;  medical books, detective stories, love stories, religious books, newspapers, magazines… whatever. So, if you are puzzled so am I… I think it’s best to leave it like that… one  thing is sure and very true —  when I read, I learn something new…

Last night, while reading a book I casted an eye over a beautiful passage. I thought maybe it’s best to quote that part here… I just do hope this will be taken constructively… because I really find it wonderful.

“A human being is a part of the whole called by us, The Universe, a part limited in time and space. He experiences himself, his thoughts and feeling as something separated from the rest – a kind of optical delusion of his consciousness. The delusion is a kind of prison for us, restricting us to our personal desires and to affection for a few persons nearest to us. Our task must be to free ourselves from this prison by widening our circle of comparisson to embrace all living creatures and the whole of nature in its beauty.” - Albert Einstein -

Light. What is light really?  A child would say,  it aids our eyes to see things so as not to  knock ourselves against the obstacles in front of us. :-)

When we were small,  we defined light based on its natural aspects perceived through our senses.  Then at school, we were taught how to explain it scientifically, but in the passing of time, the interpretation of light advanced and presented us an insight  in relation to our feelings…

Wisdom comes to me like a light.  It doesn’t  pass through my optical nerve but through my heart to my mind.  I realized that we cannot get wisdon anywhere or from someone.  We obtain this as we carry on with our lives…

Light is one of among the few things I enjoy watching ever since when I was a child.  The spectrum of colours created by prismatic light during sunrise and sunset dazzles the very core of my eye. And this leads my mind to wonder more about this spectacular phenomena.

Light in its real sense is visible  to the naked eye. It aids our eyes to see the beauty of things around us;  the wonderful colours that accentuate the heavenliness of nature; the gracefulness of sunrise in the east; and the charm and tranquility of the sunset in the west.

Whether the light is formed by nature or by a small insect such as, firefly the optical enticement to me is very powerful. Something I really cannot ignore.

I hope you will come to travel with me in this wonderful world of light…
