The illogicality of Atheism

Another great hero and role model is Bill Craig. Check out his debates against the champions of atheism on youtube. Here’s an example

    Argument from lack of evidence.

It isn’t presumptuouse- after all, we are talking about specific Gods. In this case the Christian God.

And he want worshippers. He values good. Etc. Now, we can’t do this with a deist God, but given Gods it works great. And he is “reexamining” his assumption- x isn’t fullfilled so maybe God doesn’t exist.

Miracles are unpredictable and unrepeatable because they are rare. If they were common than we would be able to rationally deal with them- see D and D or any other God fantasy. Also, miracle claims are EXTREMELY common.

Soul and God are unrelated actually. He got that right. It only hits most religions. I’m not getting “you can’t have only mind body”. So far, neuroscience has shown only mind.

Magical thinking. The correlation is exact. There is no alternative… unless you postulate something unseen, unheard, etc. See Occums Razor.

Mind can affect body. Electrial impulses cause muscle movements, which are produced in reaction to stimulous, either external or internal. If your brain stops, your dead.

We have no free will. Rational DOESN’T refer to choice- it refers to if something abides by evidence and logic. Also, he needs to prove free will first. He can’t.

Occum’s razor again. Remember, all we have are naturalistic forces.

    And the “micro” BS. See

It took twenty years, but we got a bunch of bacteria on several petri dishes to have two mutations, which are worthless without the other. That would be “macro”.

It is- it sucks so badly. You know what? We have a planet and 4.5 billion years. It pulled it off. Heck, communism doesn’t work and the CCCP chugged along for 74 years!

It is nice he says naturalistic evolution. Good precision.

Why couldn’t God use death camps to create sympath? Because it is obsenely brutal and cruel.

Uh, no. The universe has a set life span and God can’t go back in time. He has a limited resource.
