In my mind ,training is the most important thing for all the athletes. I am a student in the BSU. I can see a lot of students in the school exercising everyday. Through the training, they can raise their specific skills and keep their sports energy. Hold on the heavy exercise, they will keep the competitve energy for the other team.
The dieting helps the athletes lose weight, after they are thinner than before, they can play easier and better than before. They will own the more infuence action during the match and they won’t always feel tied than before.
