New Lessons Every Day

Hi Everybody,

I’ve been very busy recently looking for a new job while also dealing with other, personal, issues. Although I haven’t had time to post here, I have put up some simple web pages that provide a variety of daily lessons. I’ve mentioned the games before, but there are other interesting lessons too, including new jokes and new quotes. Check them out here:

Learn English Every Day

As always, I welcome your comments!

    Dear my teacher Joe,

It’s very long time we didn’t hear from you.i’m more glad that you have blogged again.I found all the activities are so useful but the most interesting one is the short stories i liked them very much, also the new game is so useful i played it many times and get many new vocabs. Actually i find it is difficult to do all these activities in one day.
Thanks alot for all the efforts you do for us and i wish you have the job you are looking for.

    Your faithful student
    Rosa

    Hi Rosa,

Thanks for your comments. You don’t have to do all of those lessons, or even most of them. Just choose the one(s) you like and come back often. One of the keys to making progress in English is to study regularly. Good luck!

    Hey Teacher Joe,
I’m sorry to hear you’ve been having personal problems lately and that has kept you from writing. Changing jobs must also be time consuming. Thanks though for taking the time to put up these links to ways to learn English.

Have you been making any more English learning videos lately?

Are you still taking part in Toastmasters?

Keep well. Keep teaching. Keep smiling.

    Hey Matt,

Changing jobs CAN be stressful, even more so when you try to change jobs and FAIL. There are lots of teaching jobs but also lots of people pursuing those jobs. Sadly, I will be back in my old job for another year. My students seem very happy about it, though! The best thing is that I will be able to return home for a month to “recharge my batteries”. Or, as I tell my students when I make a mistake in class, to “study English”.
